Eligibility and minors
You must meet the minimum age required by your jurisdiction to create an account on your own. If local law requires parental or guardian involvement, the responsible adult must authorize or supervise account creation before personal data is submitted.
Griya Academy is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that a child account was created without the required authorization, we may suspend the account and remove the associated data until the issue is resolved.
Using the platform
You may use Griya Academy only for lawful educational, collaboration, and administrative purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
You must not scrape the service without permission, bypass access controls, upload harmful content, impersonate others, or interfere with platform integrity.
Accounts, purchases, and access
Some areas require registration, identity verification, enrollment, or payment before access is granted.
Paid products, credits, refunds, and payment status follow the billing terms displayed at checkout and in your account workspace.
The current platform checkout flow uses manual bank transfer review. Upload only transfer proof files requested by checkout, and do not submit payment card numbers, CVV values, or expiry data through forms, notes, uploads, or support messages.
User content and moderation
You retain rights to content you lawfully submit, but you grant Griya Academy the limited rights needed to host, secure, review, and display that content within the service.
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate law, intellectual property rights, security requirements, or safety rules.
Operational changes
We may update features, pricing, integrations, and policies as the service evolves. Material legal updates will be reflected by a new effective date on the relevant policy page.
