Self-service options
Signed-in users should use account settings to download a JSON export of core personal data, review privacy policies, manage optional analytics consent, and submit self-service account deletion requests.
Requests you can make
You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data that is no longer needed, restriction or objection to certain processing, and withdrawal of optional consent.
Depending on your jurisdiction, this may also include PDP-oriented requests in Indonesia and California rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out where applicable.
- Access and export requests
- Correction or update requests
- Deletion requests
- Consent withdrawal requests
- Questions about retention, processors, international transfers, or California privacy choices
How requests are handled
Griya Academy should verify identity before fulfilling sensitive requests and should document request intake, review, response timing, and outcome in an internal runbook.
Some records may need to be retained after account deletion where required for legal claims, security investigations, fraud prevention, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
